Mitsubishi EVO 4-9, 4G63 System

Designed to address two critical oiling challenges in the Mitsubishi 4G63 engine platform, this dry sump system eliminates oil pump cavitation issues at high RPMs, resolves crankcase blow-by pressure that traps oil in the head, and prevents oil from blowing out the vents. At the heart of the system is Dailey Engineering's signature billet oil pan paired with a 3-stage—or optional 4-stage—dry sump pump. This configuration ensures consistent oil pressure across the entire RPM range and can be customized to meet the specific oil flow demands of any 4G63 engine setup. In addition to delivering steady oil pressure, the system effectively evacuates blow-by gases from the crankcase. Whether pushing your engine to the limit on the track or maximizing durability for long-term use, this dry sump system is the ultimate solution for 4G63 owners seeking peak performance.

Increased 20%: 1.450" - Recommended for billet aluminum engine blocks

Standard OEM: 1.250"

    

Optional 4-Stage Pump: This option is available to those who want an added scavenge section for scavenging a remote turbo or the cylinder head for added vacuum capacity. 

 

Drive mandrels are available for Fluidampr and ATI dampers.

 

NOTE:

  • The A/C compressor will need to be relocated or removed for this system to be installed
  • The dipstick port and balance shaft oiling holes must be plugged if using the OEM block.
  • This system will be assembled upon order, so please contact up for lead times.

    • Qty 1 (28-02-0602-assy) - Dailey Engineering billet T6 6061 front cover assembly with oil OEM oil pump delete and balance shaft delete. OEM plastic front timing belt cover  and serpentine tensioner can be retained
    • Qty 1 - (HP-30-115-500) - Dailey Engineering HTD oil pump pulley
    • Qty 2 - (600-8M-20) - HTD oil pump drive belts
    • Qty 1 - Dailey Engineering 25T HTD oil pump drive pulley assembly for ATI or Fluidmpr
